I love these lines: Life has a way of raveling. Story discovers how it happened.”

It’s the definition of writing into the unknown.

So much of my art is about knitting and unraveling. The undoing teaches more than the doing.

Excited to take this journey with you.

That struck me too. And the choice of “raveling,” rather than “unraveling.”

So apt, so insightful of what I am trying to do. Prescient, in fact, 💕

Oh, I’m excited to get started. And I love the audio!! Like Kimberly, I also want a copy of the book. You’ve probably already said, but where is it available?

Okay, great to know that! I will buy a new one and very much look forward to its arrival. :)

Thank you so much, Holly, for understanding that. Lots of folks don't realize that. I never buy a used book from a living author ever--and, damn it, I'm still alive, my dear virtual friend, hoping you're feeling a bit better?

I don’t think I have either. But I will be certain not to now. Thanks for sharing that, Mary! And you are, most certainly, alive, my friend!! As for me, I’m still in a holding pattern of figuring out what will work (it’s apparently pretty individualized). So, hanging in there is the most honest answer. And continued to be buoyed of spirit by all the amazing interactions facilitated on this platform.

How special to hear your voice reading this.

I might be alone here but I’m realizing there’s a cognitive gap for me when I listen to a story vs read it. I think I pause a lot on sentences and wait for them to digest before continuing, so I lose something when can’t do that. Silly me. Just putting that out there because I’m really excited about you sharing this book but I may have to get my very own copy to read along unless you plan on copying the text into your posts too?

I do understand that need to have the book and it is available. For this one, I'm going to do the audible only as I've explained in another comment on Chapter one. Here's why: the audible version is also available and more costly than the written. I'm giving the audible away free here--and that seems to be a pretty good gift . I hope I don't lose you because of that decision. What do you think about that?

Oh you'll never lose me Mary, if even you try. :) I'll pick up my own copy and read along!

And also, I have the audible chapter by chapter. It would be enormous work to recreate each written chapter, properly formatted.
